Biography

Lisa is a highly experienced advocate who is well established in the areas of criminal law and family law.


In criminal law, Lisa regularly appears for both the prosecution and the defence at trial and appellate levels and has extensive experience in conducting serious cases tried in the District Court and in the Court of First Instance.


In her matrimonial practice, Lisa has an established practice in family disputes, matters in relation to children (e.g. child abduction, custody and wardship) as well as financial aspects in divorce and child support. She is also an accredited CEDR mediator.


Lisa is a current member of the Law Reform Commission’s Sub-committee on “Causing and Allowing Death of a Child” as well as a member of the Sub-committee on “Review of Sexual Offences”.


Lisa is currently a member of the Bar Disciplinary Tribunal Panel and the Bar Qualification Examination Panel.


Lisa was a member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance). She has also served on the Bar’s Special Committee on Criminal Law, Discipline, Legal Education and Family Law, as well as on the Bar Council itself.
