Practice Profile

Roy joined Courtyard Chambers in 2021 upon completion of his pupillage with Mr. Jonathan Kwan, Mr. Charles J. Chan, Mr. Erik Shum, Mr. Herbert Leung and Mrs. Lisa Remedios. 

Roy has a broad practice with a particular focus on criminal defence. He has appeared as an advocate in different levels of courts, either in his own right or as a led junior. He also has experience in conducting prosecutions in Magistrates' Courts. 

Roy accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
