Practice Profile

Vincent was called to the bar in 2018. He is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Prior to joining the Bar, Vincent had worked in the financial sector for several years, including the Business Analytics Department in DBS Bank (HK) Limited and the Compliance Department in China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Limited. He obtained his LL.B degree with first class honours, and was awarded the Hui Bon Hoa Prize in Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning during his PCLL studies.

Vincent had appeared at trials and attended interlocutory hearings both for substantive arguments and call-over either as the sole advocate or led junior in the Court of First Instance, the District Court, the Family Court and the Magistrates’ Courts. He has also been rendering legal advice on a wide spectrum of matters in relation to civil proceedings (contract, trust, personal injuries, land, tort, employment, probate and injunctive relief), commercial litigation (company law, insolvency and bankruptcy), matrimonial proceedings and criminal litigation (criminal proceedings and sentence).
