專業經驗


鄭煦喬大律師的執業領域包括刑事及民事訴訟，並有經驗處理各類案件，如：商事法、公司法及清盤、土地法、信託及遺產、勞動法、家事法及仲裁法等。她是余叔韶紀念獎學金得主及參與合著Archbold Hong Kong: Criminal Law and Procedure。她師從何沛謙資深大律師、許紹鼎資深大律師、呂世杰大律師（現為呂世杰資深大律師）及陳志剛大律師。


鄭大律師曾於各級法院，包括終審法院、原訴法庭、上訴法庭、區域／家事法院、各裁判法院及土地審裁處獨立或協助其他較資深的大律師出庭應訊；她亦是律政司的外判主控官，並接受法律援助署的委託。


私人執業前，鄭大律師曾於律政司民事法律科及刑事檢控科出任見習律政人員（大律師），其後擔任檢控官，處理公法 / 司法覆核以及刑事案件。
